Specified to your needs and purpose
Each order and computer is specified with each client to suit their needs, I have always believed that a ‘One size fits all’ approach is not only costly but it’s also not very personal. A computer off the shelf isn’t your computer? What is personal about that experience?
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Just hit the "Contact" button! Tell me what you'll be using the PC for (gaming, editing, or work) and your budget. I’ll put together a part list and a quote tailored specifically to your needs.
-
Store-bought PCs often cut corners on parts you can’t see, like the power supply or RAM. I hand-pick every single component for quality and performance, ensuring you get exactly what you pay for without the "bloatware" that slows down retail computers.
-
Once the parts arrive (usually 3–5 days), I typically have the build assembled, cable-managed, and fully stress-tested within 72 hours. I’ll keep you updated with photos throughout the process and or any changes in time frame. All time frames vary depending on complexity of build and components being used however a more accurate timeline can be given when you contact me!
-
To keep things transparent and secure, I split the payment into two stages:
The Parts: Once we’ve finalized your build list, you pay the cost of the components upfront. This allows me to order everything and get the build started immediately.
The Build Fee: My service fee (for assembly, cable management, testing, and setup) is paid only when the PC is finished and ready for delivery or pickup.
This way, you know exactly where your money is going, and you only pay for the labor once the job is done.
-
For now I am only offering a local service to all customers based in West and East Sussex depending on distance a delivery fee will apply as I would be hand delivering the PC myself whilst finding a reliable delivery partner.
-
My service fee isn't a "one size fits all" price because every build is different. It scales based on the total cost and complexity of your rig for a few key reasons:
Handling & Risk: As the value of the components increases (e.g., handling a £1,500 graphics card vs. a £300 one), the level of care and insurance required for the build increases as well.
Technical Complexity: High-end builds often involve more complex setups—such as advanced liquid cooling (AIOs), extensive RGB syncing, and more detailed cable management—which require more time and precision.
Testing & Calibration: More powerful systems require more rigorous stress-testing and BIOS fine-tuning to ensure they handle high workloads without overheating or crashing.
Essentially, the fee reflects the time, skill, and responsibility required to ensure your specific investment is protected and performing at its absolute peak. I’ll always provide a clear, flat-fee quote upfront so there are no surprises on delivery day.
-
I only use brands I trust and would use in my own setup — names like ASUS, Corsair, NVIDIA, Intel and AMD. I never use "no-name" components to save a few bucks, as reliability is my top priority.
-
Yes. I handle the BIOS updates, install Windows, and set up all necessary drivers. When it arrives, you just plug it in, download your games, and play.
-
Absolutely. If you have questions about your build or run into any issues down the road, you can reach out to me directly. I’m here to help you get the most out of your rig long after it's delivered. If I am not able to assist you I will recommend only the best people and or services.
